1. Define Your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Navigate to ChatGPT
Log in to ChatGPT and enter the following prompt:

I want to identify the proper Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for the company X (X.com). I aim to use this ICP to filter and qualify their potential clients.
Here’s a brief overview of the company:

2. Find the Right Criteria to Source Leads
Use this follow-up prompt in ChatGPT:
Objective:
I want to build a lead list of Data Centers and IT Departments for the company x.com. I plan to gather potential customer leads from Apollo.io.
ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) Provided: (Paste here the ICP details collected previously)
Request:
Please provide the filtering criteria I should use on Apollo.io to match this ICP.

3. Apply Company-Level Filters on Apollo
Visit Apollo.io and log in to your account
Go to “People” to find the relevant people information you are seeking.
Type & select all the countries & regions to filter out your target location.
Input the Industry to find which industries you want to focus.
Select the company’s size in the Employee fields. Depending on the services and products, the targeted company size may differ even in the same niche.
Include the Company keywords to catch niche segments
4. Use Contact-level filters on Apollo
Select the Email Status “Verify” to filter unverified Emails
Select the person’s Job title you want to target, depending on the services, the targeted person varies.
You can also filter based on “Seniority”, “Department” wise, and exclude what you think is unnecessary, for example, we don’t need any interns, director in marketing, we can exclude them
5. Customize Visible Data Fields
Apollo offers a variety of data, you may also select what kind of data you want. To modify it, head to “Search Settings.”
Now go to “Fields” to choose what data to be shown.
Now choose which field you want to show and which field to hide.
6. The Results
The Result is ready. Based on our filtration, there are about 30k+ leads available.
