Most Teams Are Using Claude Code Wrong

Claude Code can help you write code faster. But the teams seeing the biggest gains are doing something else: they're building systems around it.

Instead of starting from scratch every session, they use structured context, reusable skills, workflow memory, and guardrails to make Claude Code more reliable across projects and teams.

Join Sam Keen, former engineer at AWS, Lululemon, and Nike, to learn the workflows and practices behind effective Claude Code adoption in real engineering environments.

How to Control Codex from Your Phone on Windows

Codex now lets you check and manage Windows tasks from your phone. Once connected, you can view running tasks, start new ones, and control Codex while your computer stays on.

Step 1: Open Codex on Windows

Open the Codex app on your computer and make sure you’re signed in.

ChatGPT opens inside PowerPoint as a sidebar, so you can create, edit, understand, and polish slides while keeping everything editable inside your presentation.

Step 2: Add Mobile Access

Open Settings, go to Connections, then click Add to connect your phone.

Codex will start the mobile setup flow from your Windows app, so you can link it with the ChatGPT app on your phone.

You can also add mobile access by clicking the mobile icon at the bottom of the Codex app.

Step 3: Scan the QR Code

Choose iOS or Android, then scan the QR code with the ChatGPT app on your phone.

After approval, your phone will appear under Connected Devices, and you can manage Codex from mobile.

Step 4: Start Codex from Mobile

Open the ChatGPT app, tap Codex, then select your connected Windows device.

Tap Chat, choose the project or computer you want to work on, and enter your task in the prompt box. Codex can now start working from your phone while your PC stays online.

This is useful when you want your AI agent to keep working while you step away from your desk. You can start a task, check progress, or manage your project from anywhere, as long as your PC stays online. For daily work, it makes Codex feel less like a desktop app and more like a remote assistant you can control from your pocket.
